At our company, we have a strict policy regarding the usage of the products we offer. Our website exclusively sells items for scientific purposes, such as microscopy, taxonomy, and research. It is important to note that we do not provide information or support regarding the cultivation, growing, or harvesting of any of our products. Any buyer who expresses an intent to use our products for such purposes will be disqualified from future purchasing opportunities with our company.

Postage and Shipping

All orders will be shipped within a timeframe of 1-4 business days from the receipt of payment. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We take great care to ensure that our spore syringes are of premium quality and securely and discreetly packaged. I highly recommend selecting tracked shipping if you reside outside the UK. It’s ultimately your decision, but please note that only tracked shipping includes insurance coverage. In the event of any issues, it’s imperative to keep track of the package’s whereabouts, as I won’t be able to assist if I lack visibility of its location.

Resticted Shipping Zones

We regret to inform our valued customers in Australia and New Zealand that due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship spore syringes to these countries. We kindly request that customers in these regions limit their purchases to spore prints only, as live culture or spore material in syringe form cannot pass through customs in these countries.

Additionally, we are unable to ship to the states of California, Idaho, Georgia and Norway due to current laws and regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Why only Crypto and Bank Transfer?

We have received a number of inquiries regarding card payments and would like to provide some information regarding the matter. Currently, payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Square do not support spore vending and do not accept spore vendors as customers due to their perceived high-risk nature. As a result, our accounts may be locked and funds held by these payment processors once they discover our line of business. This has resulted in our adoption of bank transfer and cryptocurrency as our preferred payment methods. We will continuously monitor developments and changes in the industry and will adjust our payment methods accordingly
